MONTH OF RESPECT FOR THE ELDERLY

We welcomed grandparents to our kindergarten, where they joined us for part of a typical day.

They read stories to the children, talked about their hobbies, played musical instruments, and one grandmother even came dressed in a traditional folk costume.

The children also took part in the activities. They brought photos of their grandparents and told their friends how they spend time together and what they enjoy doing most. To finish, they prepared handmade gifts for their grandparents.

Thank you to all the grandparents who accepted our invitation and took the time to spend the day with us.

PAPER COLLECTION AT OUR KINDERGARTEN

Even our youngest learners know that taking care of the environment matters.

With the help of their parents, children from different classes took part in our paper collection. Together, they managed to collect an impressive 398.5 kg of paper!

The winning class was GIRAFFES 2, who collected an incredible 193 kg of paper! As a reward for their efforts, they received little robots, which are already bringing lots of joy to their playtime.

A big THANK YOU to all the parents who took part and helped us show the children that even small actions can make a difference in protecting our planet.

PUMPKIN FESTIVAL

Our school was once again filled with autumn creativity and the joy of spending time together. Children and their parents carved pumpkins, created autumn decorations, and enjoyed a lovely afternoon of creativity and time spent together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a welcoming atmosphere.

🍂 AUTUMN CREATIVITY AT OUR KINDERGARTEN

Autumn offers us plenty of opportunities to explore, create and learn right in the heart of nature. 🍁
Our kindergarten children searched for, collected and explored chestnuts, created artwork using natural materials as part of a land art activity, and arranged chestnuts into numbers and geometric shapes.
As they examined the chestnuts, they noticed their differences, which led us to a beautiful thought. Just like chestnuts, we are all different. Yet we all have something in common – a precious treasure hidden inside. Chestnuts have their kernels, and we have our hearts. ❤️
Even these little discoveries help children appreciate diversity, respect differences and recognise the value of every individual.

TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND RELAX

In our salt cave, children have the space to slow down for a while. They breathe deeply, relax, read stories, gaze at the starry sky, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of halotherapy.

This is also how we dedicate time to supporting our children’s health and well-being.

ADAPTATION DAY AT BESST PRESCHOOL

Our first introduction to preschool is behind us. Together with their parents, the children explored the preschool, discovered new toys and different corners of their classrooms, and met their teachers.

Parents also had the opportunity to meet with the principal and ask any questions they may have before their children start preschool.

The children also got a little taste of a typical day at preschool – they enjoyed a morning snack and some fruit juice.

We hope that this first visit will help make their first day at preschool feel a little more familiar and easier.

ABOUT DETERMINATION AND FRIENDSHIPS – COURAGE AND FRIENDSHIP 💛🤝

This week, we talked with the children about courage, friendship, and helping one another. 💛 Together, we discovered that being brave does not mean being fearless – it means trying something new, overcoming our fears, and lending a helping hand to a friend. 🌈✨

Through games, creative activities, and summer adventures, we shared many wonderful moments filled with teamwork, kindness, and laughter. 🤗 The children learned how important it is to have good friends, support one another, and enjoy spending time together. 🧩☀️

As summer comes to an end, we will also say a little goodbye to this wonderful holiday season. 🌻 We hope the children will take home beautiful memories, new friendships, and plenty of courage for all the adventures that lie ahead. 💙

ABOUT COLOURS – A WORLD FULL OF COLOUR

This week was all about the colours of summer. Together, we explored a rainbow-filled world, searched for colours in nature, painted, created, and experimented to discover what happens when we mix different colours.

And because a colourful summer wouldn't be complete without lots of fun, we cooled off in our paddling pools and had a fantastic time on the bouncy castle.

Last week, our children explored the wonderful world of tastes and scents. We talked about our favourite summer fruits, discovered different aromas, shared the foods we enjoy, and even became little chefs for a while.

They tasted, smelled, compared, and discovered that each of us experiences the world in our own unique way. These experiences naturally encourage curiosity, enrich vocabulary, and build confidence in trying new things.

BACKPACKS AND LITTLE ADVENTURES

This week, our children are setting off on another exciting adventure full of discovery. Together, we are talking about what we carry in our backpacks, what we would pack for a trip, and the little treasures we can find while exploring nature. 🍃🪵🧭

Through games, creative activities, and small expeditions, our children become curious explorers. This week, our children set off on a journey full of imagination, dreams, and adventure. We are exploring the world of wishes – talking about what we long for, what we would love to experience, and what adventures we would like to discover.

Together, we are visiting the land of dreams, searching for hidden treasure, creating, and reflecting on how even an ordinary day can turn into a great adventure.

Our Preschoolers Said Goodbye to Kindergarten

They’re leaving with plenty of memories and experiences. Now, a new environment awaits them — one where they’ll continue to explore and learn in different ways.

They marked the end of their time in kindergarten with a special farewell program prepared together with their teachers. Parents joined in, and the day was filled with kind moments, a book, and a memory journal.

After the holidays, school awaits — with new challenges, friendships, and adventures.

We wish them joy, curiosity, and courage as they begin this next chapter.

CHILDREN'S JOY WEEK AT OUR KINDERGARTEN

The past few days have been filled with games, movement, and shared experiences.

The children met Ela the dog during a canisterapy session and learned more about how dogs can help people.

During Sports Day, they took part in a variety of activities and fun sporting challenges.

We also enjoyed a picnic, spending quality time outdoors with friends.

One of the biggest attractions of the week was the bouncy castle, which kept the children entertained throughout the day.

To finish the week, the children set off on a treasure hunt. They worked together, followed clues, completed tasks, and eventually discovered their well-earned treasure.

Farewell to the School Year

Another wonderful school year has come to an end. It was filled with discovery, laughter, new friendships, and many unforgettable moments shared in our kindergarten.

A heartfelt thank you to all our children for their joy, curiosity, and bright smiles, to the parents for their trust and support, and to our teachers for their dedication, patience, and kindness.

Now it's time to enjoy the summer holidays – a season of sunshine, play, adventures, and well-deserved relaxation.

We wish everyone a wonderful, safe, and memorable summer.

Father´s day

We celebrated Father's Day dynamically and playfully. The role of fathers who are actively involved in their children's lives has a huge benefit in raising children. The quality of time together that we give to our children is precious and helps build an exceptional bond between the parent and the child. The time spent together was refreshing, full of joy and laughter. We all enjoyed it. “One person can't change the whole world but you can change the whole world of one person”

OUTDOOR SCHOOL IN DONOVALY

Our kindergarten children enjoyed unforgettable days in Donovaly filled with adventure, movement, and fun!

Together, we explored the beauty of nature on hiking trips , took part in exciting competitions , enjoyed horse riding , and unleashed our creativity in arts and crafts workshops .

One of the highlights was meeting the King and Queen of Tramtária , who welcomed us to their fairytale kingdom.

The evenings were filled with dancing at the disco , laughter, friendship, and a traditional campfire barbecue . We returned home with wonderful memories, new experiences, and lots of smiles

We celebrated Mother’s Day with an afternoon full of small but meaningful moments dedicated to the most important people – our mothers.

The children prepared short performances, songs, and poems. There were hugs, handmade flowers, and shared moments that meant more than words ever could

Our Open Day was combined with kindergarten enrolment, giving parents and children the opportunity to explore our kindergarten, meet our teachers, and experience the atmosphere of everyday life in our school. 😊

Children took part in educational activities, discovered the classrooms, and explored the environment through play. 🎨📖

Parents had the opportunity to meet the headteacher, talk with our teachers, and speak with the school psychologist. 💬

🌍 EARTH DAY IN OUR KINDERGARTEN 💚

We celebrated Earth Day in our kindergarten through a variety of activities in each classroom. In a playful and engaging way, the children talked about nature, the environment, and why it is important to take care of our planet. 🌱

Together, we practiced waste sorting, strengthened our knowledge about the Earth and environmental protection through ICT technologies 💻♻️, and also sang a song focused on environmental education, which made the whole day even more enjoyable. 🎶🌎

Even small steps taken by children can lead to big changes. 💚
