Admission criteria for BESST Private Kindergarten:
For pre-primary education are admitted children usually between the ages of two and six years old.
The condition for accepting a 2 year old child is mastery of basic self-care habits, especially using the toilet (without diapers), eating independently with a spoon, weaning from a pacifier well in advance, and we are also interested in whether the child can express his/her needs.
Compulsory pre-primary education applies to children who reach the age of six in a given school year. The child will complete compulsory pre-primary education in the form of regular attendance at kindergarten on working days for at least 4 hours a day.
The §28b par. 1 of Act no. 245/2008 Coll. (School Act) also allows for the individual education of a child if the legal guardian requests so in writing to the principal of the kindergarten to which the child has been admitted for compulsory pre-primary education. The principal of the kindergarten decides on the permission of individual education for a child who fulfils compulsory pre-primary education if the child's state of health does not allow him to participate in compulsory pre-primary education in the kindergarten or if his/her legal guardian so requests.
